    *Regarding our hotel's safety measures, the National Federation of Ryokan and Hotel Life Sanitation Trade Associations, the Japan Ryokan Association, and the All Japan City Hotel Federation,
     We comply with measures and operations in accordance with the Shizuoka Prefecture version of the guidelines based on the Novel Coronavirus response guidelines.(As of October 2021)

【Hotel response and requests to customers to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection】

  • 1. Please wear a mask.
     We kindly ask that you please wear a mask when visiting our store.
     The etiquette of wearing a mask is from the viewpoint of self-hygiene prevention for both customers and hotel staff.
     We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

    2. Request to secure social distance.
     From the perspective of preventing the spread of infection, please cooperate with securing distance during reception work and during your stay,
     There will be aspects that differ from the provision of services during normal times,
     We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
     In addition, the hotel staff will work in shifts and some operations will be reduced.

    3. Request for hand disinfection.
     From the perspective of preventing the spread of infection and self-defense,
     We kindly ask you to disinfect your hands with the alcohol disinfectant placed in various places.
     When visiting the museum, when going out, when getting on and off the elevator, after using the restroom, etc.
     Thank you for your cooperation in frequently disinfecting your hands.

    Implementation of temperature measurement.
    We ask for your cooperation in measuring the temperature upon arrival.
    Customers who have confirmed a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or customers who are not feeling well,
    Please refrain from staying.(*The standard of 37.5 degrees is based on administrative guidelines.)
    For customers who strongly wish to stay even if they have a fever, please refrain from going out and wait in your room.
    In accordance with the guidelines, contact the "Returnee / Contact Consultation Center" and follow the instructions from the health center in charge.
    If necessary, we will ask you to agree to provide the guest information to the public health center.

     In addition, staff with a fever or poor physical condition should rest before leaving or coming to work.
     Until two days have passed since the recovery from his illness, he is taking care of himself and is on standby at home.

    ■Refrain from going out and attending meetings unless absolutely necessary.
     In addition to prohibiting unnecessary and non-urgent business trips for staff,
     Prohibition of overseas travel, at gatherings and events where unspecified number of people gather,
